All roofing and building envelope solutions can be procured via WTI's full turnkey General Contracting offering or through WTI's new Contractor Network offering which allows AEPA members to contract directly with their preferred contractor under WTI's contract. 

This contract has been competitively bid, however, that does not replace any obligation for all school districts and eligible AEA Purchasing customers to follow all requirements relative to Iowa Code Chapter 26.
